From a distance

There is no better conversation starter than by saying “It all started with a chance encounter.” I rely on fate a lot. Even when just a slight planning from my end would do the trick, I still wait for fate to intervene.

There is this girl I have been eyeing since a long time. She is perfect for me. She takes the same route to work and back as I do. I watch her every day. I could just walk up to her and begin a conversation. But that wouldn’t be “by chance.” So I am waiting… waiting for a chance encounter.

If something were to come up tomorrow, I don’t want the court to say “It was a premeditated murder.”
