November is here, the nights are getting longer, and the publishing world has decided we all need festive murder, magic, and at least one flood-soaked small town. I’ve got eight new releases for you. Five I’ve already read or listened to, and three I’m counting down the days for. Grab a hot drink and let’s go.

A Grim Reaper’s Guide to Living Twice by Maxie Dara
ARC by NetGalley | Berkley | S.C.Y.T.H.E. #3
I’m a huge Maxie Dara fan, and a soul possessing a living person to escape the afterlife is such an original premise.

Can’t Wait
Nov 10
Witches of Questionable Intent by Jenn McKinlay
Ace
A librarian witch races to recover a stolen, reality-twisting book from the Books of Dubious Origin collection, hellhound puppy in tow. I love this author, so it was an easy add to my list.

The Body in the Bath by Ragnar Jónasson
Minotaur Books | Helgi Trilogy #3
Detective Helgi is the prime suspect when his ex is found dead in her bath. This might be the last of the trilogy, and I want to know how it all ends.
