“Why do you always write such gory murder stories? Don’t you like the mushy feeling a romantic story gives you? Why can’t you write something like that?” She heard them all and smiled her way away. But when he would read her gory stories and look at her with approving eyes filled with love and pride for her, that love were her mushy moments.. And it were for those mushy moments that she writes.
